Once you have purchased a journal, it is yours,
and you may do whatever you like with it!
You do not have to use it as
a standard/daily journal if you don’t want to.

like a favorite vacation spot or a grandparent.

There are so many creative ways to use these journals, and what you do with yours will be part of your own artistic expression.
But if you’ve never given "standard" journaling a try, don’t be intimidated!
It doesn’t have to be boring or tedious like many people think, and there are tons of incredible, proven benefits.

I have been keeping a journal myself since middle school,
so I can attest from personal experience that all
of these benefits are true, and more!
The feeling of stumbling upon an old journal and
reading memories long-forgotten is priceless.
