Once you have purchased a journal, it is yours,

and you may do whatever you like with it!

You do not have to use it as

a standard/daily journal if you don’t want to.

Here are some other great ideas,

for both Blank and Keepsake Journals:

-Use the journal to record a certain time of your life or an event, like a pregnancy or wedding book

-Use it as part journal/part scrapbook to record information about a meaningful place or person,

like a favorite vacation spot or a grandparent.

-It could be a family history/family tree book

-It could be a dedicated self-development journal

-It could be a dream journal

-It could be a sketchbook

There are even more creative ways to use these journals, and how you chose to use yours will be part of your own artistic expression.

But if you’ve never given "standard" journaling a try, don’t be intimidated!

It doesn’t have to be boring or tedious like many people think, and there are tons of incredible, proven benefits.

Here are just a few:

I have been keeping a journal myself since middle school,

so I can attest from personal experience that all

of these benefits are true, and more!

The feeling of stumbling upon an old journal and

reading memories long-forgotten is priceless.
